Imagine: Iraq in Venice, BBC

The BBC recently broadcasted a documentary about Iraqi contemporary arts after the re-opening of the Iraqi pavilion at the Venice Biennale this summer. Imagine: Iraq in Venice is directed by Jill Nicholls and part of a series dealing with arts presented by Alan Yentob. The documentary features various interview segments with Adel Abidin in his studio or working at the Iraqi pavilion.
This documentary was broadcasted several times on the BCC networks and on the BBC iPlayer online from the 26th of July onward. An article about this programm is still available from the BBC web site and the web site The Art Desk published an extensive article about it as well.
